I am a licensed Tennessee land surveyor. I live in Huntsville, Alabama, and I work in Tennessee. Not from a Tullahoma or Nashville office, and not behind a storefront. Field work and plats are the practice.

The territory is southern Middle Tennessee and the I-24 run to Chattanooga: the Alabama line on the south, Lawrenceburg on the west, Metro Nashville on the north, and Chattanooga on the east.

Standard professional land surveying work under Tennessee PLS 3424.

  • Boundary / property line surveys

    Retrace or establish property lines, corners, and related easements. Lot surveys, acreage tracts, and line location for owners, attorneys, and title work.

  • Topographic surveys

    Map elevations, contours, and existing site features used for design, drainage, and site planning.

  • Construction staking

    Set control and layout points from approved plans so construction can be built to the survey.

  • ALTA/NSPS land title surveys

    Surveys prepared to current ALTA/NSPS standards for commercial closings, lenders, and title companies.

Nineteen Tennessee counties. Southern Middle Tennessee, plus I-24 east to Chattanooga.
